Submitting the form is a booking request, not a confirmation. The information provided (trip, date, contact details) allows our team to review your request.

Your booking is considered confirmed only after validation by St Barth Chauffeur. Our team contacts you to confirm the chauffeur's availability and trip details.

Applicable rates are those in force for the taxi activity in Saint-Barthélemy. The rate for your trip is communicated upon confirmation.

Payment terms are communicated upon confirmation of your booking.

Your chauffeur meets you at the agreed time and place. For airport and port transfers, a personalised welcome is provided.

In case of delay, please inform St Barth Chauffeur as soon as possible. Any extended wait may be subject to a supplement according to the agreed conditions.

Flight and boat schedules are monitored where possible. Please provide your flight or boat number so pickup can be adjusted.

The number of luggage items should be indicated in your request so the vehicle can be adapted accordingly.

Any modification to a confirmed booking should be requested from St Barth Chauffeur, which will endeavour to accommodate it subject to availability.
