Administration manual

St Barth Chauffeur

This manual describes step by step all the features of the St Barth Chauffeur administration back-office. The administration is accessible at /admin after logging in with an administrator account.

Accessing the administration

Login and navigation in the back-office.

    Go to the website and click the login link (or access /admin directly).

  2. 2

    Enter your administrator email and password, then sign in.

  3. 3

    Once authenticated, you reach the dashboard. The top bar contains all navigation tabs.

    The "Sign out" button at the top right lets you leave the administration at any time.

"Today" tab

Synthetic view of the day's rides and new requests.

  1. 1

    The header shows today's date and two counters: number of rides and total passengers.

  2. 2

    The "New requests to handle" section lists bookings with "new" status not scheduled today, sorted by creation date. Each row has a call button and a WhatsApp button.

    The three status pills (New, To confirm, Confirmed) summarize the day's distribution.

  4. 4

    The today's rides list shows, for each booking: time, client name, status, route, reference, passenger count, luggage, round-trip and flight/boat number.

    The action buttons on the right let you call or send a WhatsApp to the client directly.

"Bookings" tab

Full management of booking requests with filters and status workflow.

    The summary cards at the top show: the number of new to handle, total bookings and confirmed count.

  2. 2

    The filter bar lets you search by name, email or phone, filter by status and by trip type. The "X" button resets all filters.

  3. 3

    New bookings automatically rise to the top of the list and are highlighted (amber border, animation).

  4. 4

    Each card has three columns: client info, trip details, and message + status control.

  5. 5

    To change the status, use the dropdown at the bottom right of the card: New, To confirm, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled.

    Each status change automatically triggers a notification email to the client (bilingual FR/EN).

    The action buttons let you call the client or send a pre-filled WhatsApp.

"Calendar" tab

Monthly view of bookings with day navigation.

  1. 1

    The calendar shows the current month. Use the arrows to navigate between months.

  2. 2

    Days with bookings are marked with a colored dot matching the status.

  3. 3

    Click a day to display the booking details in the side panel.

  4. 4

    The status filter lets you show only a given status in the panel.

  5. 5

    In the side panel, each booking shows the client, route, time and contact buttons.

"Partners" tab

Management of partnership requests received via the site.

  1. 1

    Each card shows the company name, contact, partner type, email, phone and optional message.

  2. 2

    The dropdown lets you evolve the status: New, Contacted, Partner, Declined.

  3. 3

    The contact details let you reach out to the potential partner directly.

"Reviews" tab

Management of client testimonials displayed on the site.

  1. 1

    The list shows all reviews with their rating, author, origin and visibility.

  2. 2

    Click "Add a review" to create a new testimonial: name, origin, rating, text, source, visibility.

  3. 3

    Click the edit icon on a review to edit its content.

  4. 4

    The toggle button lets you show or hide a review without deleting it.

  5. 5

    The delete button permanently removes the review.

"Stats" tab

Analytical booking dashboard.

    The KPI cards show total bookings, current month volume and trend.

  2. 2

    The bar chart shows the monthly evolution over the last 12 months.

  3. 3

    The donut chart breaks down bookings by trip type.

  4. 4

    The detailed legend indicates the count and percentage of each trip type.

"Rates" tab

Management of pricing rules displayed on the site.

  1. 1

    The list shows all existing pricing rules with departure, destination, price, type, conditions, supplement and effective date.

  2. 2

    Click "Add a rule" to create a new rate.

  3. 3

    Click the edit icon to edit an existing rule.

  4. 4

    The toggle button lets you activate or deactivate a rule without deleting it.

  5. 5

    The delete button permanently removes the rule.
